Coaches
Become a Coach
Speed Skating Canada’s Coaching Pathway offers a variety of coaching development and certifications courses that are recognized by the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP). The required level of coaching certification depends on the age group and competition level of the athletes being coached.
Coaching Assignments
Speed Skating Alberta is now recruiting volunteer coaches and managers for the season. Assignments are dependent upon provincial and national competition schedules. We will inform confirmed event coaches and clubs as soon as we receive information about events.
